First Use WR21 and WebVisu

Hopefully some nice easy questions...

My first use of WR2107 and WebVisu (do not have hardware yet so unable to test before developing screens) and haven't found much documentation so please could you answer the following:

1.  WR2107 screen resolution is 1024 x 600 so was going to develop WebVisu screens in same resolution.  However do I need to allow for any space for browser frame/window or is it possible to launch browser without border?

2.  How would you configure browser to auto start to correct webpage on power cycle?

3. What browser is installed on WR2107?

4. Any other configuration hints?

The panel will come in with a Kiosk app. You can set that up to point directly to the correct ip:port for WebVisu.

If Kiosk mode was running when the device lost power then it will boot back up in Kiosk.

Depending on the software version on the device when it arrives you might need to update it to RC4. You can find instructions for that

Kiosk is a borderless browser for the most part and runs on the chromium engine.

for me the link is working. I copied it in the browser line..

In the link is not descirbed how to do it because therefore I have to send you the image file and the according manual. This "manual update process" is only necessary for the "old" devices. The devices we currently deliever are able to update themself easily via installed app. 

• Please check: "settings" > "about tablet" > build date
• If it is ≥ 20221122 you have nothing to do/ you already have RC4.
• If you do not have this build date and want RC4 please write me an email: greta.bernard@de.bosch.com or contact STS Peter Budsky. We provide you the new firmeware via ad-hock and the manual steps (Chapter 4): for the update you need your Webpanel, a power supply and an empty USB Stick (for the file we provide).
