We will need some information to get to know your problem:

  • At least which error do you see?
  • Which button do mean?
  • Material number of the XMD?
  • What is your topology? (Powersupply - Drive - Control)
  • Status of the XMD? (bb, Ab, DC-bus ok)

Error tells you "F8352 Drive enable set in STO" (see documentation). In your case it seems that your STO inputs at the drive are not connected. If you do not use any safety relays or controller you will have to add bridges to the contacts (pins 1, 3, 5  and 7, 9, 11) to acknowledge STO functionality. There are plugs preconfigured included in the drive delivered. See documentation of the connector.

EDIT:
With the M5 option you have do choose setting "Enable functionally" when SMO is deactivated so drive can run without safety. Beware that no surveillance will be active in this case:

ctrX DRIVE M5 enable functionallyctrX DRIVE M5 enable functionally

Ok,After I setting "Enable functionally" ,Should I need to add bridges to the contacts(Pin1&4 and Pin3&6)?

In order to not use SMO function in case the hardware "M5" option is present, one has to deactivate SMO function and functionally enable the drive. See How-To: https://developer.community.boschrexroth.com/varuj77995/attachments/varuj77995/dcdev_community-dev-b...

In principle that is what "CodeShepered" already advised to you.
