I have two office test drives with single phase mains supply that stay in bb when they have been powered off for a while. The mains voltage frequency shows 0 Hz. Only after the wall plug (mains supply) is unplugged and replugged the mains frequency gets a value and the drives go to Ab. Is this a feature or can this be solved with some settings?
Drive: XCS2-W0023ARN-01AETT0NNNN-S0308N2NNNN0NN
Firmware: FWA-XD1-AXS-V-0308N-NN.01

There seems to be a bug present in XCS and XCD 23A devices which every second time prevents the correct procedure to switch to Ab in the normal way. Currently this presumable bug is under investigation. In older firmware versions until FWA-XD1-AXS-V-0304 this was o.k., from FWA-XD1-AXS-V-0306 on until FWA-XD1-AXS-V-0308 the erroneous behavior is observed.
Workaround is to switch on a second time.

This will be fixed with the next release of the firmware/runtime AXS-V-03RS.
