Profinet Communication working but not writing to Drive Parameters (Consumer Status = prepare)

Hello,

A customer has setup Profinet Comms to a XCS2 drive but even though the Profinet communication is OK and correct data is being received it is not being written to the parameters configured in the telegram.  The correrct parameter values are being sent OK to the PLC.

Please see attached screenshot.  I tried attaching par file but it would not let me attach due to *.par file extension

Please send the parameter file in format "all parameters".

Presumably the torque command is wrong if not using torque control in one of the operation modes.

Hi,

They are using Torque control as secondary operation mode. 

After power cycle both the drive and PLC a few times the problem disappeared?! We will wait and see if problem really has gone...

I see some other Profinet related posts that idenitfy a potential issue with firmware 0308.02 and see that 0308.03 is now avaialble.  Is there anywhere I can view release notes for new firmware revisions?
