Low voltage on X8

Hi 
I have problem with servo drive, on connector X8 between pins 15 and 4 is just 0,2V. Is there any parameter which enable voltage to 11V for Resolver? Servo drive report just error F8021 and C0209.

Please send us a parameter file of the axis.
We need the hardware, firmware, motor type and the assignment of the encoder interface

Sorry for late answer. I found that if my driver has SafeMotion it is not allowed to have Resolver on X8
