Hello everyone,
I'm currently having some difficulties regarding the ctrlX Drive, an EDS1 Inverter and an eLION electric motor. The inverter is the EDS1-L0600KNN-12ECNM1RDN with Rexroth code R911408255 and the motor is the EMS1-20H20LM7-RSAB-N4P6NN with Rexroth code
I was trying to run some testing with a simulated encoder, but i faced the error C0120 Coupled command C11 error ->S-0-0021 that prevented me to go to OM. I found in the following link,Solved: MAD130 _C0 motor on ctrlX drive initialisation error switching to PM (boschrexroth.com), that it could be related to the firmware version of the inverter. However in another encoder related post, i found out the issue might be related to the fact that the eLION motor is not in the driver database. There were some motors from the EMS1 series (not the one I have) showing up in the driver database of ctrlX Drive but when I updated the driver database, I lost all of this series motors.
Can anyone provide me some information or help to resolve these issues? In particular I would like to know which encoder does this motor have. Thank you in advance. I'm running ctrlX Driver 01V22.2 (the latest version I could find).

Some parameters are set wrong, see:
Best send your actual parameter settings to us for check. Please provide the parameter file in format "all parameters".

Thank you for your reply. I'll attach the required file as soon as possible (friday probablye due to some constraints regarding the equipment neccesary to turn on the inverter).

On looking to your parameters I see the following:
Safe Motion is not active and still functionally locked, see
Enable it functionally or activate SMO (Safe Motion), see:
As well an encoder needs to be set:
Then you should be able to get to operation mode ("OM").

Thank you very much for your answer.
I got a bit confused because my Inverter manual showed these steps for simulating the motor (including setting the "no encoder" option) but didn't mention about the SMO.
