Indraworks 15 crashes on opening ctrlX drive

Hi there, 

A customer has recently started their first project with ctrlX. The setup has about 10 ctrlX Drives and they're using indraworks DS 15V08. After a while we start noticing that as soon we try to change between two drives in Indraworks DS we get an error that ctrlX drive is not supported! If we try to connect to the same drive one more time (by just closing the pop up and press on connect again without closing Indraworks) it will work without further problems. 

Is this a known issue and can we do something to fix this?

Please use the new tool CtrlX DRIVE engineering 01

This is a firmware problem and will not go away by changing the tool.

It is currently under investiagation.
