Hello All,
Is there a guide, referance manual or something, regarding updating CtrlX Drive with Core? It looks like there is information everywhere, some are up to date, some aren't and I cant figure out what to do.
I've a XCS2 Drive with Core but I cant find how to update it to work with 1.20 or 2.6 versions of CtrlX Works. In Docs, in some link it shows compatible firmware versions for works, in some other link it shows which can be used for which drive, which I couldn't find mine, etc. In How-To page, firmware is only shown for drive, not for core.
So in summary, is there a guide which I couldn't find, or a simple explanation how to do it?
Thank you very much for your support.

Could you share the serial number of the drive you like to update? Which runtime version is currently installed on the ctrlX CORE and the ctrlX DRIVE?
You can find a guide in our online documentation "Hardware reset in case of ctrlX CORE and ctrlX DRIVEplus with integrated ctrlX CORE".

@satishmalge58 thank you for documents. But they don't explain firmware update or similar process.
@CodeShepherd that link is for hardware reset so I didn't think it's same as update, so thank you.
But still, it doesn't explain which version could I use for my drive. Because as I understand now, not all versions works with all firmwares. And also, not all firmwares are compatible with all devices. I might be wrong because I tried to read different topics in forum and there were many and possibly outdated information. In my opinion, that's why, atleast for new users, a guide would be beneficial.
Serial number is 7260425354798 and for firmware, what I got from panel is FWA-XD1-AXS-V-0308N-NN.03. I don't know any other way to check firmware versions.

Thank you for your response. I can work with these.
But I have to point out again the need of a guide. Links you posted are good examples, one is named "Hardware Reset" and the other is "OS Release Notes". Those might confuse beginner users.
Thanks again for support.
