CtrlXDrive Connection was interrupted issues?

Hello CtrlXDrive Team

I have a project used ctrlxcore and ctrlxdrive,we also used TCPIP communication,when we try to connnection drive ,it will disconnect by automatic,and it's also connection very slowly and slowly?

I want to know what is the reason?

- drive
- software
- Number of axes in the project
- all IP/addresses + mask + gateway

Hi

In my project ,there have 12 Axis.CtrlXCore with CtrlXDrive we through EtherCAT Communication,and CtrlX PLC with Siemens PLC we use TCPIP Communication.
