CM F8115 firmware failure Drive

Hello dear team members,

I currently have the runtime version of core 1.16 installed and according to the information table(attached file) I need the AXS-V-0312 drive firmware version but I can´t find it anywhere to download it, does anyone have a link or file with that update?

ctrlX CORE system version 1.16 was an early adopter version and is not longer supported since the following and also LTS version 1.20 has been released. Please get in direct contact with your known support person or write me a private message with your contact data.
