on an HCS drive, the second encoder works, when I transfer it to the CtrlX Drive.
there's an error.

HCS in mm and CtrlX in nm

Someone could me helping?

after this command error, please open S-0-0423 in the parameter editor to check which values are invalid.

Can you also send a complete parameter file saved with all parameters?

Problem was fixed after changing the clock rate of the SSI encoder to 400 kHz.
