ctrlx Communicating with other devices

First of all I would like to ask a small question, why my pc can ping ctrlx, but ctrlx can't ping my pc(either on web or ssh connection).

looks like your IP settings are incorrect. Check you subnetmask and default gateway. This needs to match with your PC settings.
Looks like you use XF10 with the default 192.168.1.1/24 setting (255.255.255.0) since this is a common IP address it might be if you ping from your PC another device is responding so you can also check if ping does not work from your PC if you remove the cable to the ctrlX XF10
Mine can ping even to other subnets:

My IP is: 10.119.131.181/21

Is your command above from the ctrlx core?

Here's the configuration of my pc network port

if remove the cable to the ctrlX XF10，I can't ping XF10 (192.168.1.1) from pc (192.168.1.10)

（If connected to a network cable it works，Just like in the first question）

So can you guide me on what I can do to get my ctrlx core pinging through the pc? (I can only ping in one direction right now). thank you very much.

@always Are you using a ctrlX COREvirtual or a real one? Currently there is a problem in the emulator software QEMU that pings are not possible to reach the outside network.

I'm using a real machine and I think I know why ctrlx can't ping my computer, it's the company's restriction on my pc privileges
