ctrlX Core switching offline

After installing RM 21.03 (V1.08) apps to the ctrlX Core, my core keeping switching online and offline, unable to connect on browser.

Status light switching between blinking blue, steady blue and red.

Any help or advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

A control that is stuck in a so called "boot loop" has to be reset by our service. There is actually no way at customer side of getting back to normal state.

Please always refer to the official release notes or the important update notes for the sequence of how the apps must be installed.

Beware that the Oscilloscope app 1.6 is also not compatible with the system version 1.8 and will trigger that behavior.

The culprit is the Oscilloscope app then, it is the last app installed before it brick in boot loop.

Please advise what to do for recovery next? Return to service? Thanks!

At the moment there should be a person in contact with you for promoting and/or applying ctrlX AUTOMATION to your project. Please talk to this one.

Otherwise, please get in contact with the service of the country unit responsible for you.
