Hello,
I am trying to access license manager on my new CtrlX to upload a license .bin file. I do not have the option under Settings->License and when I go to the URL for license manager, I have the below error. Any thoughts?

Hello Bala,
Which system version are you using? Please have a look at the version of your system apps (Settings -> Apps).
The licensing on the ctrlX CORE got enforced with V 1.12.
Hint: In the Collaboration Room (path: ctrlX_CORE_APPS/All-Apps-In-One-File/RM21.11 - V 1.12) you can find the SystemImage and a Guideline on how to perform the update in the Release Notes.

Thanks for your reply. I am still using Version 1.8. I currently do not have access to collaboration room. Do you know how I can get access in order to upgrade to latest version.
Alternatively, I am assuming even the procedure to load license via REST procedure might not work, right?

Please have a look at the FAQ for ctrlX Store. Here you can select one of two ways to become a customer, either contact contact your local sales responsible from Bosch Rexroth or write an e-mail request.

Yes, with Version 1.8 this might not work.
