How to reset the product to factory default

Hello, I recently acquired a Ctrl X3, donated by another department, the person who was responsible for this project is no longer at company, and currently I can't log in to CrtlX because it asks me for a username and password. Do you know of any information on how to reset the product to factory default?. Thanks in advance

This is a long requested feauture 😉
I am afraid you need to use the SDcard factory reset described on this form, just search for it.

At least as of V1.20 you can do a factory reset from the GUI but this does require a valid password.
