Factory reset option availability

Hello,

I would like to know when it will become possible to perform a factory reset of ctrlX devices on one's own (without sending it to Germany). I have an XCD2.

With the new release RM21.11 coming up end of this month it is possible to do a factory reset to version 1.12 on your own by using a µSD card. If you have an older device please get in contact with our service or send me a private message with the serial number of the device, to check if hardware is updateable.
