A customer updated the ctrlX CORE and everything was fine, until he messed around with the network configurations. Now he cannot access the CORE or have it online…
Is there any procedure to make a factory reset?
Or if there is any other way to get the network settings to default?

Even when you don't know the IP of the control it should be visible in the Windows Network folder
and also in the ctrlX WORKS.
A reset to factory default can at the moment only be done via the service of Boschrexroth. We are working on a way that customer can do this on his own.
