Customer has a CtrlX Core X7 that accidentally disabled port XF10. Now that the device is cannot be detected by XF10. We tried to port into XF11 but not detected as well.
Anyway to enable back the port?

Hi @Bobby ,
On the X7, you can try the other Ethernet interfaces as well. If you do not know the interface IP addresses, I would recommend connecting to the device using ctrlX WORKS. This tool should detect the device on the network and allow you to connect. If ctrlX WORKS doesn't find it, you can scan the network using the tool of your choice. Windows command prompt with "arp -a" gives a list of networked addresses.
As a last resort, you can reimage the device using a microSD card.

Consider connecting the ctrlX CORE X7 to a DHCP server at a port that is still active. It should get an IP automatically and be found again in the ctrlX WORKS or the Windows network folder.
