CtrlX Core - Wbserver not reachable - 404 page error

Hello everyone,

I have a similar problem to this topic: Solved: ctrlX Core web server not working (boschrexroth.com)

In my case the problem occurs recurring at irregular intervals. When I reboot the Core I reach the webserver again and everything works well, but as I mentioned, again and again the 404 page error occures (We talk about an intervall of 2 weeks to 2 months). 
I already cleaned the brwoser cache but the only thing to reach the server again is a reboot (Energy off and on).
Did you know, what the problem could be?

Which address do you try to reach? Is it a HMI (if yes which one) or is it the web UI of the ctrlX CORE?

Which version of the apps are used? Could add a system report (How to generate a system report and switch on additional traces [DOCU])?

it is the web UI of the CtrlX CORE.
I use the 1.20 app versions and in the attachment you can find the system report. The additional traces you mentioned I have turned on too.

There have been already several patches for the 1.20 and we suggest to update to the latest version available in the ctrlX STORE. There have been an issue in the older versions, that the web server broke down at some point. So please update to latest version and try again.

Ok I will update all the Apps to the latest 1.20 Version and give you feedback in a few weeks, when I now that the CtrlX runs performant.
