Cltrl X core not reachable anymore ? Any Hints ?

Hi Everybody, 

sadly i was able to "kill" my ctrl x core. I try to login with Codesys but i was not on the layer above. Than the ctrlx do a restart which hold on forever(15 min). So i have to restart it even there was written "Do not remove power " (yeah .. i know... ) 

I can not ping it anymore. Is there a way to reset the controller or similar ? Has anybody else seen this behavior ?

Could you tell us which versions of the apps and ctrlX WORKS you were using?

For resetting a ctrlX CORE please have a look to this topic.

Thanks for the fast reply. It is hard to tell what is installed if you can not reach the system anymore. 

I can show you what i have on my virtual control if this helps.
