Known Limitations

 

• For motor-gearbox combinations MS2N-GTE with motor shaft end "G" (plain, with seal ring), the shaft end is changed to "H" (plain, without seal ring) when adding from the product search.
  
  
• For encoder cables no EPLAN article data can be requested from ctrlX Configurator. Please use the EPLAN Generator directly.
  
  
• The dimension of ctrlX I/O shows the database ID "Dimension Unit" instead of the used unit ("Dimensions in mm").

Product Configurators / Solution Configurator

• Cables - Incorrect material numbers for motor cable

• Displaying false information on cable configuration of ctrlX WR

  Products can now be added to the Rexroth Store shopping cart and purchased by clicking the blue Add button. Currently all products have to be added to the shopping cart individually, this is possible in the following dialogs:

  Show Details dialog (panel product information)
  Show Details dialog using product search
  
  Boundary conditions for using the Rexroth Store:
  - the user is logged in as a user in a country where Rexroth Store is offered
  - the selected product has a material number
  - the selected product is released for online sales in Rexroth Store of the respective country
  
  If these requirements are not met, a corresponding user message will be displayed.
  Note: in the next release of the ctrlX Configurator, this will be indicated directly to the user by a grayed-out Add button. 
  
  
• Project ID and project name are shown in the configurator header

  The unique project ID and the user-given project name are now shown on the left in the header of ctrlX Configurator configurator. If a newly created project has not been saved yet, it says Project not saved.
  
  
• Project summary includes the diagram with motor characteristics
