WebIQ server using SQL database

In your advertisement video you mention a SQL database, that can be used for acquiring data with ctrlX for IoT applications. Is it successfully  tested on a ctrlX CORE, or is a feature limited to WebIQ server running on a Windows OS on IPC?

Hello, thanks for the interesting question.
We have integrated an SQLite database in our WebIQ server and we use it, among other things, for storing historical process data (trend data recorder) and historical alarms. This also works very well on a CtrlX core, but there are limitations with regard to storage capacity and write speed.
Direct access to the SQLite database is not provided.

This is linked in the WebIQ documenation on the website here for the front end and here for the backend. We have written an application using the QueryManager class from the documentaion. Is this something that will not be supported moving forward? This is a very useful tool.
