WebIQ runtime app 2.15.9 not working for ctrlX core V2.6

I'm working on ctrlX core V2.6 now. The latest WebIq runtime core app from ctrlX store is 2.15.9. I try to install this app to my V2.6 core but got failure. It seems that WebIQ V2.15.9 is not the correct version for core2.6. Where I can get a WebIq runtime for core V2.6?

WebIQ 2.15.9 may be installed on ctrlX CORE 2.6.x, but requires that the core20 runtime also be installed:

You can find core20, for example, in DC App Paket 1.20.9 available in the Collaboration Room.

Hello,

Since, the ctrlX core has latest version of Ubuntu core 22, why it is neccessary to downgrade to Ubunty core 20.

does this cause any unknown failure as branch of it, while it might be not suitable for other apps installed in the hardware.

what is the suitable way to get the app installed & used without downgrading Ubuntu Core version.

• You are not downgrading to core 20, it is just additionally installed.
• All partner apps are compiled for a specific core version.
• The rule is: We advice our partners to wait for switching the core version for their app until the new ctrlX version is officially released
• While the partner apps have their own relase lifecyle, the update to the new core version is delayed until the partner release their next version/release.
