Hello, my lincens is not reconized by my WebIQ 2.10.0 while I have also the 2.10.0 version of the webIQ application on ControlX core. What should I do ?

You can safely ignore this message as the license information does not work for ctrlX licenses anyway. The error occurs because a direct internet connection to our server was not possible - maybe because of a blocking firewall or an obligatory proxy WebIQ is not using prior to WebIQ < 2.11.2. In any way for ctrlX licenses you would not see license information there.
This license information display has been removed in WebIQ 2.11 and replaced with a new version that will not show this error.
