Copy of a composite?

I made a composite. Now I would like to use this composite as template to build a other composite. How can I do that? Can I easily copy this composite to build a second composite?

Unfortunately we don't have a function to copy a composite.
However, one could copy the internal structure (hierarchy) and paste it into a second composite. However, the configuration (placeholder, snippets, etc.) would have to be inserted manually.

I miss the copy function too, I would be great when this feature is added in the next release.
