How to update Ubunyu20 to Ubunyu22?

Hello 

Our customer has some questions about Ubuntu.

1. Currenly The ctrlX OS is Ubuntu20 ver. Will you release or plant that ctrlX OS will be Ubuntu22 in the future?

2.  Please could you tell us how to update the OS from Ubuntu20 to Ubuntu22?

Hello,

The latest release of ctrlX OS (V-0202.4), in the Collaboration Rooms is running Ubuntu22. You would follow the standard process of updating the firmware to address the Ubuntu version update. This can be done via USB or microSD from 1.20 to 2.2.4. Find the release notes and update instructions here.
