how to commmunicate to HCS, EFC and HMC with ctrlX CORE

I know this is an old post.

but I still have this kind of question.

currently I am doing the DAQ via IoT Gateway, and connect to the drive like HCS01, EFC5610 via S/IP protocol, and it is quite simple, I only need the IP address of the drive and can read parameter via P or S parameters.

considering the PR21 will phase our next year, If I switch the hardware from PR21 to CtrlX, how can I implement the same feature as PR21? especially how can I read data conveniently from HCS and EFC or HMC?

Hello @yaxccha ,

This is not correct! IoT Gateway will be phased out in 2025, not next year!

At the moment, we don´t have a similar solution like DAQ in ctrlX CORE. But we know the issue and thinking about possible solutions.
