Hi , We are trying to fetch logs for our application via SSH to CtrlX Virtual Core but it is giving us error : User is not in the sudoers file .
We tried it with multiple users having full access but it didnt work . Please help to resolve .
In general you have no user having sudo rights. You will need a special user for this generated by Rexroth thaat is also part of the ssh group:
In the release RM21.11 you will additionally have to switch on your ssh connection:
