Hi
From looking in the docs it seems like the opc ua address space is autogenerated?
Is it possible to define your own information models / comply to other companion specifications or is the adress space locked to a ctrlX representation?

Hi alba123,
the address space, you see in documentation, are the datalayer nodes which are mapped to OPC UA. The mapping is done online, which means you see always the current view of the datalayer in OPC UA. There is no additional (auto)generation.
We currently working on features which will allow to create and load your own information models to ctrlX OPC UA Server. In current release 1.6.0 of the ctrlX OPC UA Server a set of functionality are already included, which can be used experimentally. I will add an how-to about this in few days. I will also provide the link here, if it is ready. Please have a little patience.
Best regards,
Sebastian

Hi
Is there any update to this question? Is it possible to define your own objects into OPCUA address space? Or only built-in simple datatypes are available?
