Ethercat + EFC5610: error at boot

Hello to everyone,

With The last Ethercat master app release (21.11) and a COE communication now the EFC goes into IDa- internal communication error at boot. The communication stays active and i am able to reset the error with the ctrl word. Is there anyone else who is facing this issue?i leave here all the pictures with the EFC error and my current configuration.

I got information from MauroRiboniMX, that it was an EFC problem and that it is now solved. So we can close this topic.
