Hello,
Sometimes we have a situation where we connect several devices to a switch. A number of times we already used all the available ports and we were only one port short, resulting in an extra switch. To solve this issue I would like to know if it would be possible to configure the XF51 port so that it would be possible to have communication between the laptop and the HMI in the image below.

In general it is not possible to use the same subnet on both ports (192.168.1.x on XF10 and XF51) as the IP stack would not to which port the communication packages should be send.
To what should the PC should have access to? Only to the ctrlX CORE (easy to achieve) or to all participants in the XF10s network (more complex to achieve)?

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I would like to have acces to all participants, otherwise it would not be helpfull. I can imagine that it's hard to achieve, but I was curious if it still would be possible.

Thanks to a hint of @TheCodeCaptain. In the current version 2.6 it is possible to add a bridge to the ports XF10 and XF51 to act as the same port. Switch of security if asked and beware that IP address changes to 192.168.2.1:
