Community Issue: GET IT NOW - Button for registered download users not working > Workaround

Dear Community Users,

We have currently the issue that all GET IT NOW Button for registered download users leads to this blank page.

Workaround - Step 1:
If you see the blank page click on myRexroth > Collaboration Rooms.

Step 2:
Enter the collaboration room for ctrlX AUTOMATION.

Step 3:
Open the ctrlX_eShop folder and download the requested application.

Sorry for this inconvenient situation. We're already working on this issue.

Issue with button <GET IT NOW> has been fixed.
Direct download access to the app directories is possible again.
