Softmotion - velocity feedback

Hello,

I am using softmotion solution to control my axis for jogging & positioning. while doing so, i had to read the actual velocity feedback of the axis running, which was always in-correct values.

How can i make these feedback values in-line with actual velocity feedback?

Below is picture taken during a trails. while my set value is 10 the actual feedback is only 0.6. is possible to fix this gap?

I think that is a inkonsitece of your scalling or the Units.

Remeber that the softmotion works with units/sec and units is the IPO

Hello you must go in the PLC menu of the drives.

the value of the scaling is dependent on the settings of the axis these are the standard settings for a linear indradrive axis
