CNC SoftMotion axis interpolation limitation

Hello,

Is there a maximum number of interpolated axis when using the CNC SoftMotion package ? I

'm currently working on a prototype which needs to couple 4 Z-axis (ball screws) together into a virtual Z which will be then interpolated to a XY linear motor gantry and a E extruder based on a stepper motor with CANNON drive. Therefore, we have a total of 7 interpolated axis, knowing that the Z-part will only move 1mm up or down every X minutes depending on the printing head.

Is that possible to only use the CNC SoftMotion app?

In Softmotion we support 4 interpolated axis. But in your application you can couple the 3 slave Z axis via electronical gear to one master Z axis.

Than can you interpolatet the axis
