Hello, to identify this issue please answer the following questions: What version of ctrlX WORKS did you use before the update? Did you install ctrlX WORKS 1.12.1 or 1.12.2? Are you able to create a new project with symbols and visualizations? In any case, I recommend to you to do a repair installation. IF this doesn't solve the problem you may forward your project to our support. kind regards

Hello, currently there's only the 4h license available for ctrlX COREvirtual. Also the EtherCAT App is not designed for running on the ctrlX COREvirtual. We are currently working on the corresponding license mechanisms for windows based target systems. So the licensing mechanisms as implemented on ctrlX CORE is planned to be available with RM22.03 as prototype and to be released with RM22.07. kind regards

Hello, I think on your computer are several installations of IndraWorks, ctrlX WORKS and /or CoDeSys. Each software provides his proprietary Gateway. The blinking results from the coexistence of these gateways. Up to now we were not able to identify the root cause for this issue. But in any case the blinking is not critical or indicates any errors. Is this understandable for you? kind regards

Hi, this is a known issue with RM21.07. Without a license all the PLC tasks are running on core 2. The bug will be fixed with RM21.11. kind regards
