Hi Kiriki,  the App Build Environment is integrated in ctrlX WORKS since Version 1.14. It is not available in older versions.  Anyhow, you can just download the SDK 1.12 from GitHub and still use this version in an App Build Environment which was created with a newer Version (e.g. 1.20).
