Hello, we are getting often a communication error F4002 with ctrlx Drive controlled in Ethercat SoE by a Beckhoff Twincat 3. we have ctrlx and Indradrive (Indradrive Mi) in the installation and the error appears only on ctrlx do you have any idea how to set up correctly the drive or Master to not get this error ? Thanks.

Hi, it seems that the customer updated the whole image to 1.20 but used ctrlx IO Engineering 1.12 (as 1.20 is not released in the official ctrlx Store), updating the ctrlx IO engineering software and loading EtherCat configuration seems make it working. Thanks.

Hi Download ctrlX OS 1.20 LTS with ctrlX WORKS Engineering 1.20 here this version is not available in the store. thanks

Hello CodeSheperd, I'm still getting this error many time, I thought that it was a scheduler issue as motionHighprep had the same priority as ProfinetDevice. but now, I have to delete the Motion apps and reinstall it to get it working for some minutes and after a reboot I get the same errors! are you aware about it ? version used : ctrlx works 1.20. Thanks.
