I am trying to restore a project, and the attached error occures. What can cause it? Core fwa 1.20 the project is 1.18.

Customer states the configurator don't give the cable typecode during the process. I tried, with same result CTRLX557193 where is the mistake?

I've sent the drive to the service and they give the solution for the issue: Following steps have to do, if update of firmware is needed: Updated firmware on Drive load basic parameter Updated core License activated (handling core) Upload the same firmware on drive again load basic parameter Easy start up and try to run the drive
