Hello, I'm trying to execute backup and restore in the panel of ctrlX Drive. The Drive has SafeMotion and in the ctrlX manual I read in the firmware FWA-XD1-AXS-V-0504N-NN, backup and restore will work but it doesn't work. The problem is the restore, the backup works perfectly but when I'm trying the restore , this message appears in the ctrlX panel: SMO active: Restore not allowed. I have checked how the axis is configured and it has Safemotion disabled and locked. So I don't understand why it doesn't work because the same active SMO message keeps appearing on the panel. The versions that I have are these: -ctrlX Drive Version: FWA-XD1-AXS-V-0504N-NN-01 -Panel Version: FWA-XD1-PAN-V-0116.02 -Language Version: FWS-XD1-LIN-EN_____-NN-V-0110 Also, I tried to execute the restore with the SafeMotion in active but it doesn't work again.
