Hi @bschmidt , Please use the latest firmware release 1.0.1.51 FPGA 221. This version has performance and timing optimizations intended to also solve/improve the Sync Manager Watchdog issue. After firmware update it is mandatory to perform a power-on reset. Regarding the diagnostics log "At least one slave in error status" means that one slave reported an error to broadcast read of register 0x130 (AL status). This broadcast read is performed by the EtherCAT master at every communication cycle.
