Thank you for your replies, I was able to solve it by creating a bridge between the network adapters of the virtual cores using windows and then started the controllers throught the command line then the controllers were able to ping each other and exchange information normally. Thanks again!

One last thing, the line of code that I changed is actually from the samples-cpp allDataProvider, I don't know if it is left like this intentionally or not, but I would suggest to add a comment there so no one would have such an issue later 🙂

Thank you for your help. I tried to install the snap on an actual CtrlX and it worked fine using the structure of YAML that is mentioned in the sample programs offered.
