for me, i was able to fix it by checking the local hmi system time. I have no good way to set up a time server on the core, or to relay a time server from somewhere else to the core, so i have to manually set the hmi system time. It looks like webiq isnt sending a good T0 marker and is relying on synchronized timestamps (IMO).

i am doing that manually right now to estimate record size for the test. While not overly burdensome, it is a bit beyond what I would expect of operators/technicians running the test. Ideally this could be an automated script st that lives somewhere and runs hourly to update a RDB or something.

I spoke with a Rexroth colleague yesterday and heard this issue was isolated as a bug in Telegraf and will be addressed in a patch. He is out of office, so please don’t take this as official word, but I wanted to provide that information to you before the weekend. If it is possible, an update to ctrlX OS v2+ and the corresponding telegraf version should correct this for you in the meantime.
