I could reproduce the problem.
It occur if you install ctrlX WORKS at a system without a previous ctrlX WORKS installation.
The problem is caused by some missing packaged at the installation file. This is solved now.
The installation file at the collaboration room is now updated (16.09.2021). Please download it again (Same name / version) With this new installation file it works....
