You can use the RALARM FB: Please check the corresponding CODESYS Help. RALARM (FB) (helpme-codesys.com) and RALARM_MODE (ENUM) (helpme-codesys.com)

To delete the old licenses (Basic & Standard V1) helped on my side. I hade same problem and still both licenses V1 and V2.

Hello EDF-UTA, You mean using ctrlX Core with third party drives right? If so I am not sure as I have never tested it before, Maybe someone in the forum has experience with this and can help you...
