Hello, We have a FW0404 ctrlX Drive that drives an asynchronous motor and we have connected also a Hohner E58HS-SSI-25X11-12.A07D encoder (SSI 12 bits binary encoder), We have configured the encoder like this: We are able to switch to OM and it seems that also the posiion loop works ok so if you spin the motor with your own hand 360º is one spin but the problem comes in the speed loop. When the axis is completely stopped and in Ab (without power) we are receiving a +-117 rpm jumps. Also if we are moving the axis this value does not change so we are always receving the same data. We have tried with an Indradrive just to check if there was a problem with the ctrlX and the outcome was the same but instead of +- 117 rpm we got a +-57 rpm, Does someone has experienced this before with this type of encoders?
