I think there are some possibilities here in identification. the gradient of y(control system output) is persistent in some cycles. u(control system input) never be changed. delay time of calculation is negative. gain of the control system is 0 or response time is negative or delay time is negative. In particular, the temperature control system is a nonlinear system with a large delay time and a large response time, and it is difficult to identify it. So it is hard to calculate if we use the linear transfer function to fit or if the data quantity is worse.

When you connecting with UA Expert I expect, that you use the same security settings. Therefore I expect the problem on Opc UA client side (check docu of the client). I once had problems with establishing a connection with WebIQ UA client, and couldn't find a missconfiguration. At the end I delete the configuration and created it new, and than it worked. I don't think that the problem is on OpcUA server side, but as I mentioned you can try version 1.18 and check the OpcUA diagnostic on datalayer.

there is no technical boarder for the size of the project. The only thing is when it get send to the ctrlX CORE it needs to fit on the internal physical storage.
