Hello! We updated a ctrlx drive plus with core to the RM2211, with all the apps. And than we realised that the drive fwa also has to be updated. We also done it, but now we have an error wich came after a few minutes F8022 (encoder 1: encoder signals incorrect). We changed motor and cable the issue stays at the drive. How to solve the problem, make a factory reset on the core? Thanks

Actually the booster modul is not available(EW status), in this case I can't offer 32in and 32out config. When will this module available for selling?

If we order a ctrlX drive now with ethercat, and later on we want to change to profinet (which is not available at the moment), is it just an fwa update on the drive?
