Hello, We have a core where we are using the ixon app. We are currently experiencing an issue, it started with the core not being able to establish a VPN connection(as soon as we tried to connect through the ixon portal it disconnected and then stayed offline) We then did a factory reset of the core and removed the device from the ixon portal. After reinstalling the app and entering the company code the device now stays as unregistered and nothing pops up in the ixon cloud Any idea how this issue might be resolved?
