Hello, We have a core where we are using the ixon app.
We are currently experiencing an issue, it started with the core not being able to establish a VPN connection(as soon as we tried to connect through the ixon portal it disconnected and then stayed offline)
We then did a factory reset of the core and removed the device from the ixon portal.
After reinstalling the app and entering the company code the device now stays as unregistered and nothing pops up in the ixon cloud
Any idea how this issue might be resolved?

Sometimes the registration form takes a few attempts to submit. Please try submitting the form a few more times and report back.

Have tried more than 20times over four weeks but no change. The issue remains that when the company code is entered and the register button pressed within the app, the company code disappears but nothing else happens, register button remains and no device is visible in the ixon portal

Are you positive the ctrlX CORE has an internet connection and inbound/outbound messages are not being blocked by a firewall?
Could you please inspect the web page and see if there are any errors logged to the console when submitting the form?
