A customer is using our ctrlX Core X2 is used as PLC for this project. It worked fine before but after a system fatal error(blue screen), the PLC Engineerring software cannot be started. He tried to repair/Reboot/Re-install the engineering software. Nothing worked so far. No matter connect to device or not, the PLC Engineering all can't working correctly, press "Continue" does not work. I want to change the IP address to suit the customer's requirements. The target settings is IP Address:169.254.157.55, the target Subnet Mask:255.255.0.0.  The strange thing is, I can change to 169.254.157.55 and 255.255.255.0, but can't use 255.255.0.0. But I can set 192.168.1.1 and 255.255.0.0. So why 169.254.157.55 and 255.255.0.0 couldn't? ... View more

After finish installing the ctrlX works1.20 (1.20.2 and 1.20.4 all have this problem, not sure other version have or not.), you will get error when you run IO Engineering. look error below. looks like the installation miss something.
